Over the past 12 months Wayne has been  working at Baldessin Press, where he is creating monotypes, photogravure and hybrid prints.

Wayne has designed 14 series of stamps for Australia Post since 1996.

As a successful designer, Wayne is an advocate of the highest standards of excellence for professionalism and quality. He firmly believes that design and digital technology are an incredibly powerful and persuasive medium for communicating information.... the combination can create a sensual, emotional experience across all forms of space and media.

Wayne applies this vision and philosophy to all of his projects....from stamps, print, multimedia, exhibitions,etc.
to the Internet! And has been pushing the boundaries of

digital imaging since the mid eighties.

He has worked on a diverse range of projects during his

45 years, developing quality print, communication, new media and other design projects. He is the recipient of many awards both in print and new media and has had work published in many Australian and International publications.

He co-founded the Australian Graphic Design Association [AGDA] in 1988, and served as National and Victorian president for four years. He was a member of RMITʼs

Multimedia Industry Council; a member of the Premierʼs Task Force on Communications and Multimedia Development for the State of Victoria; and, sat on the Multimedia Content Advisory Group for Education Victoria. He was also a member of the National School of Designʼs Advisory Committee at Swinburne University of Technology.
